Children’s Dentistry

At Reardon Dental Health, we believe children deserve the same one-on-one time intensive attention as adults. When children are not given the caring attention they deserve we are, in many instances, depriving them of the opportunity to become model dental patients. It only takes one negative experience to create a lifetime of dental anxiety! At Reardon Dental Health, we treat children with care and compassion. We take the time to evaluate each child completely and we communicate our findings with parents so they are fully informed of any recommended treatment needs.

Sealants are a preventative technique used in children’s dental care. Sealants are completed on unrestored, decay free teeth. They provide the child with a protective coating to keep the tooth’s biting surface free from early decay.

Space Maintainers

Space maintenance is important when a child experiences tooth loss early in life. A space maintainer will hold the space for the permanent tooth when the deciduous (baby) tooth has been lost prematurely.

Root Canals

Root canals are recommended when pain or deep decay dictates them as the next step in treatment. Reardon Dental Health does provide root canal services on a limited case by case basis.
